Sometimes a DataFlow verification report contains errors, discrepancies, or “unverified” items. This can be due to incorrect details submitted, institutions not responding in time, or documents not meeting the verification criteria. Such a report can delay or block your DHA (or other authority) application.

To correct: Review the report carefully to see which item failed and why. Obtain corrected or additional documents (e.g. fresh attestation, letter from university) and resubmit to DataFlow for a supplementary or new verification as per their process. Address any name or date mismatches and ensure Good Standing is valid.

Our DataFlow PSV guide walks through common failure points. Compare authority requirements on the comparison page if you are unsure which regulator applies. We help applicants interpret DataFlow reports, gather corrective documents, and reapply successfully.
