The Department of Health – Abu Dhabi (DOH) regulates healthcare practice in the emirate of Abu Dhabi. Doctors and nurses who wish to work in Abu Dhabi must hold a DOH professional license.

The process includes eligibility assessment (often via DOH portal or PQR alignment), Primary Source Verification (DataFlow or DOH-designated provider), and any required examination or assessment. Once verified and approved, you complete registration and receive your license. Renewal and CME requirements apply.

DOH has its own timelines and document requirements; they may differ slightly from DHA and MOHAP. We guide doctors and nurses through the DOH process from application to activation and renewal.
