DHA can reject an application for several reasons: incomplete or incorrect documents, expired Good Standing Certificate, failure to meet PQR eligibility (e.g. experience or training), negative or inconclusive PSV report, or exam failure. Sometimes the reason is administrative (e.g. wrong form or missing attestation).

To avoid rejection: Use the self-assessment tool before applying. Ensure all documents are attested in the correct order and are current. Respond promptly to any request for additional information. Prepare thoroughly for the exam if required. Cross-check against our DHA doctor checklist before DataFlow submission.

If your application is rejected, DHA usually communicates the reason. You can address the issue and reapply. Read our DataFlow error guide or book a dossier review. We help applicants correct deficiencies and reapply successfully.
